Cellmax processes your order with great care. We try to treat every order as if it were our own. This means that we ensure proper packaging and shipping. If your package was somehow not delivered as you expected - or if the goods were damaged in transit - please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you with your problem to the best of our ability. If the damaged goods are returned to Cellmax Nutriënts, we will redeliver the new products within 7 working days.
At Cellmax, you get 30 days to return a product you are not satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered. After consulting Cellmax via e-mail, you can return the product within these 30 days at your own expense. Cellmax will refund the full order amount in euros, excluding shipping and any other costs. The right of return only applies to products returned in their original, unopened condition. Any product that is damaged, not in its original packaging or whose packaging has been damaged by opening it will not be refunded.
Once we have received and inspected your package, we will notify you via email that your returned item has been received. In addition, we will inform you whether your return is approved or declined. In the case of approval, your refund will be processed immediately and you will receive the credit on your credit card or other method of payment within 15 days.
